Jan Has worked throughout the Country in a variety of establishments from Tea Rooms to Head chef at The Royal Lion Hotel in Tenby.
Jans Family ties brought her back to Cumbria, where she has been given the oppourtunity to develop this venture within an established company providing Tasty Home Made Dishes using fresh, local sourced ingredients where possible, Her passion for providing excellent food has seen this venture grow from strength to strength.
